Peter Hoch drove us to the airport hotel on the Autobahn - 200 KPH! Mom held up pretty well under the circumstances.
We're all set to fly back tomorrow morning - 7:00 AM flight from Munich to Frankfurt, two-hour layover, then Frankfurt to Portland. We should get in right about noon.
That is, of course, assuming that Lufthansa doesn't have any more unpleasant surprises for us...
